Fairprint 4 Hi Web Offset Tower is an ideal machine for printing 4
colours on both the sides of the web. 4 Hi Tower is quite flexible
machine and can print any permutation combination from 1+1 to 4+4
colors. Two webs of 2+2 can be printed on 4 Hi Tower using an extra reel
stand.
A sturdy tower of 4-Hi Web Offset Tower unit is based on well tested
and proven concept of four stack units mounted one above another to
print a web both sides in four colours or two webs both sides in two
colors each.

This is available as integral
part of roll stand as well as separate stacked unit. The stacked
unit can be mounted on roll stand, universal colour unit or on
similar units to make it 2 High, 3 High or 4 High Configurations for
multicolour Printing on both sides. |

To aid the production of multi
colour high quality printing, FAIRPRINT SPEED units have special
advantage. Each unit has the facility of multicolour printing by
Direct Lithography which allows additional colour with minimum loss
of page capacity. |

broad sheet and tabloid newspaper with optional attachments for
magazines/quarter fold and double parallel/ digest fold (with cross
slitting/perforation) for Book Production. |

FP-15 and FP-20 folders are
based on 2:1 principle whereas FP-30 which is versatile folder with
production capacity of upto 30000 copies per hour is based on 2:1
principle with additional Heavy Duty Folding drum. |

FP-30 folders designed for
quick change over from half to quarter page or double parallel fold
or 1/8 fold. |
|
FAIRPRINT folders can handle 4
to 6 webs for production of 16 to 24 pages of broad sheet newpaper.
For double parallel and quarter folds, 2 to 3 webs can be haddled. |
Fairprint Balloon Super Folder can produce broad sheet and
tabloid newspapers with optional attachments for magazine/ quarter fold
and double parallel/ digest fold (with cross slitting/ perforation) for
Book Production. Balloon Folder gives flexibility for automatic
insertion of one newspaper (e.g. Magazine paper/ special article paper)
into other major part of Folded Newspaper.

continuous feed inking system with an osccillation drum between
first and second from rollers to ensure even and smooth coverage of

3 Color Satellite Unit of Web Offset provides various options for
newspaper printing, book printing , magazine printing & similar
paper printing where one side is required in 4 Colors and other side in
B&W. This can print 4+1 on one web.
3 C Satellite can be easily integrated and is best suited for the
offset printers looking for adding additional colours and pages.
3 Color Satellite is good less for roofs with less height . 3C Unit can
also be used with stack over it for space optimization is required
provided enough roof height is available. 3 C unit can be well
integrated with Mono Unit & 4 Hi / 2 Hi Web Offset Towers as per the
needs.
