Unique feature of Auto Start allows the machine to perform the whole printing cycle by itself. As soon as Auto Start Switch is pressed after running the machine :
Dampening Unit will start precisely while plate cylinder remains in open condition
After few revolutions, Inking Unit will get kicked off, then Plate & Blanket Cylinders will get activated.
Finally, Tractor and Impression will start at precise degree to complete the auto printing process.
Controls can be changed to Manual or Single Colour Printing .
Whenever printing is stopped or paper stock is exhausted, automatic cylinder separation mechanism disengages the plate cylinder from the blanket cylinder to ensure safety of the plates and avoid damages to the machine. |

This is easy to adjust for printing of different size forms. Simply adjust the tractor to the Form Width, key in the Form Length on Touch Screen Panel and adjust the Blanket Cylinder Scale to get ready for new size printing. |

The system allows evenly distributed film of moisture to the non-printing area of Plate/Master with the help of rollers. Dampeners are easily adjustable to meet the exact requirement of any job. |
